Bear Lake County Water Adjudication Notice

In mid-April, each property owner in the Bear Lake County Water District will receive an adjudication notice about water rights. Since each lot owner in the Park owns property in the Water District you will receive a notice. You do not need to do anything as you have no water rights to claim.   

However, the Park does have current water rights. The Board is aware of the water rights and filing process and will be completing this process for renewal of our water rights.
