Annual Owners’ Meeting

Park owners-
This is a notice that the Annual Meeting of the Membership will be held on Saturday August 30, 2025. The meeting will begin at 9:15 at the north field by the Cabin. Please bring a chair as vehicles are not permitted on the common area.
This year we have 2 Board of Directors whose terms expire this September. Both Dave Tyszko and Sue Williams have offered to run for another term. They are running unopposed; however members may write in a candidate.
This past fall, Paul Spens was voted by the Board of Directors to sit on the board as a BOD position opened in September 2024. As per the By-Laws, Paul needs membership approval to remain on the board to finish his term in September 2026.

The agenda for the Membership Meeting will contain the following: Welcome and Pledge of Allegiance, President’s report, approval of 2024 minutes, Treasurer Report and announcement of 2026 maintenance dues, Park Concerns, BOD voting outcomes, member comments, and adjournment.

Your fees must be current to vote at the owner’s meeting.
